You can fill out the above mail-in rebate and send it to the address listed at the bottom of this page, or, if you are interested in receiving a SmartRebate instead of a mail-rebate, all you need to do is   1) scan the barcode, if your cell phone or other hand held device, or hand connected device, has that capability, and either send, transmit, enter or upload the info to the SmartRebates online interface; or,   2) go to the SmartRebates website and register (or log-in if you are already registered), click 'get a SmartRebate for a a recently purchased product', and enter the numbers related to the bar code on your purchased product and the related data of your relavant pruchase; or,   3) use your regular hand held device, or, hand connected device, to enter your barcode and purchase information, either before or after you register at our website; or,   4) if the walk-in store has the capability, you can scan the barcode on the rebated product, send the code to the nearest rfid receiver station, which will send the code to a computer, which will automatically upload your rebate info (from your purchase) to a SmartRebates website database, to be retrieved by you at your leisure, or,   5) with your consent, after scanning the product's barcode with your cell phone, using the above mechanisms along with additional enabling hardware and software, the SmartRebate will automatically go to your account after as your cell phone ID is matched with your online ID. With the proper hardware and software, the above ways to gain SmartRebates can also be implemented if a walk-in store only has refid tags on its products.

The above processes will also be used in 'stand alone' SmartRebates promotions and fulfillment.

You will have a choice of having the SmartRebate deposited into your bank account (Cashbates), or into one of the programs you have signed up for. (listed on Home Page). You can sign up for more than one SmartProvider (TM) program, so one time you may want your SmartRebate deposited into your account, and another time you may want it to go your local high school band to help with their annual trip to a particular parade. When you register, you will be able to determine a 'default' program for yourself, so if you are enrolled in one of our 'automatically' fulfilled programs, then, if you do not come online during a specific period of time after your purchase and select a different program, your SmartRebate will then go into your default program. At the SmartRebates website, there will be instructions on programs and registration proceedures, and how to sign up for 'SmartRebates from Mail-in Rebate promotions'(TM).
