SmartRebates and our program names are either common-law trademarked or trademark pending, so no individual
or company can promote their products and services with these names unless you have expressed, written permission with
Damon Bame or its SmartRebates or
GoodwillPromotions.com

If you want to promote with SmartRebates, outside of Linkshare or CJs affiliated agreements,
at this time, your ability to promote with SmartRebates and the contractual terms of any relevant agreement
will be dictated by the terms you make up and offer us. If they are acceptable to Damon Bame or to its SmartRebate and
GoowillPromotions.com, then we will continue with the promotion under mutually acceptable terms.

Any of your customers that particpates in your SmartRebates promotion, will have to sign up with Ebay's
PayPal and us and will be charged a small fee. This fee should not be more than $1.00, in most circumstances.

For a limited time, there will be no charge for your promoting your goods or services with SmartRebates, other than
the small fee charged by PayPal to your participant. Of course, under these circumstances, you will have to carry the physical
costs of your promotion, or outsource that. We will post your promotion, for free, on our website.

If you are a merchant affiliated with SmartRebates, and you want us to promote your products (such as on Google) and/or services,
then please contact us by email with you enquiry. If you do not want us to do that, please also contact us.

If you are not currently affiliated with SmartRebates or GoodwillPromotions.com, and you are interested in promoting with
SmartRebates, online or off-line, with strictly SmartRebates or in combination with mail-in rebates, then please contact
us at support or damon_bame@yahoo.com.

With our expressed written permission, you may be able to promote your products or services using solely Cashbates or Carebates,
with PayPal as being the fulfillment method. (in the near future, we will offer alternative fulfillment methods
to match your needs and the needs of your customers).
